I used the cricut Childs Year for the Teddy. I painted and heat embossed the bow, snout and ears. Then I painted the "fur" with brush strokes of a metallic gold gel pen. Added orange rhinestones for eyes.
Used stampin up dimentionals to pop up the teddy.

Edged and heat embossed the card layer with gold and added a pretty Prima flower with leaves I cut and embossed on my cuttlebug!
