I used the forever young cartridge and cut a 5 1/2" figure, Cut her outfit in a glittered flower print paper,wish it would show up in the photo!
It is a blue 5x7 card, then black cardstock, then circle print cardstock. Stamped Birthday Wishes.
Then horizontal striped print centered. A thin black cardstock strip at top and bottom edge of horizontal print with a thinner strip of glittered flower print between.
I cut the present box at 2 1/2" in the flower print with a black shadow. I popped it up with stampin up pop ups. Stamp from Totally Cool set stampin up and flowers are Prima with stickle centers.
Really wish you could see the sparkles!!
